Essa receita é muito fácil, aliás todo risoto é muito prático, mas não esqueça que o que toma um pouco de tempo é o cozimento, e nunca pare de mecher!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;Arroz arbório (italiano),(aqui no Brasil, já tem marcas brasileiras muito boas, mas eu, Tatiana não substituo... fica á seu gosto..!).&lt;br /&gt;Camarão Médio&lt;br /&gt;Kani Kama&lt;br /&gt;Ervilha fresca&lt;br /&gt;Cebola&lt;br /&gt;Alho&lt;br /&gt;Temperos á gosto&lt;br /&gt;Caldo de peixe ou legumes...pode ser preparado com cabeça de peixe ou a forma mais prática é comprar os tabletes tanto de peixe como de legumes industrializados....fica a seu critério.&lt;br /&gt;Vinho Branco ( 1 Taça)&lt;br /&gt;Em uma panela de fundo grosso, pode ser de ferro, evite panelas finas e leves, vão queimar seu risoto!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Refogue a cebola, o alho deixando-os dourar, em seguida coloque o arroz e em seguida o vinho, mexa bem....coloque o caldo, nesse caso usei o de legumes, aos poucos, e siga sempre mexendo para não grudar, acrescente a ervilha fresca... e fique sempre de olho para o arroz não secar, começou a secar acrescente o caldo, por ultimo acrecente o Kani Kama picadinho e os camarões, quando o arroz estiver quase ao dente, nunca se esqueça que camarão cozinha muitooooo rápido!&lt;br /&gt;Sirva logo que estiver pronto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dicas:&lt;br /&gt;*Voçê pode amanteigar o risoto, logo que estiver pronto, ou não, vai de sua preferência... eu adoro!!!&lt;br /&gt;*Se gosta de um risoto bem cremoso, pode acrescentar leite de côco e creme de leite...fica divino!&lt;br /&gt;*Essa apresentação que fiz é muito simples e bem legal, e essa receita é perfeita para reunir a família e os amigos em volta da mesa!!! uma faca curta e forte.Especial para este fim.&lt;br /&gt;Dicas de como abrir:&lt;br /&gt;*Com um pano, segure a ostra com o lado redondo para baixo.Enfie a faquinha logo abaixo da junta.Enfie mais a faquinha entre as duas conchas e gire-a para separá-las.&lt;br /&gt;Com cuidado, retire a ostra da concha de cima, corte o músculo e descarte a concha de cima ( que pode ser usada como decoração para o prato, como na foto acima).&lt;br /&gt;*Sirva na concha forrada de gelo  picado com pedaços de limão para espremer, ou um molho de sua preferência...pode ser con o samphire( herb de Saint Minha MAMMA é a autora e eu a percussora....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Receita:&lt;br /&gt;Pão-de-ló, faça a receita de sua preferência, existem muitas.. ou se preferir posso passar por e-mail a minha.&lt;br /&gt;1 Chantilly pronto para bater, caixa de 1 litro, marca de sua preferência, gosto muito do Hula-Hula e da Amélia.&lt;br /&gt;Morangos, a quantidade depende do tamanho do bolo.&lt;br /&gt;Suspiros, voçê pode fazer ou comprar pronto. Eu uso um saco grande, de 1Kg, industrializado, quando não tenho tempo para fazer..&lt;br /&gt;Calda de Açúcar para umedecer o pão-de-ló ou se preferir guaraná, eu fico com a primeira opção!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;Primeiro, ponha o paõ-de-ló no prato no qual o bolo vai ser servido, umidecendo com a calda de açúcar, depois vá intercalando com chantilly, morangos fatiados, suspiros e novamente outra camada de pão-de-ló.Por fora, cubra com chantilly, fazendo uma decoração com bico de confeiteiro e usando a sua imaginação ou pode-se fazer, como na foto,deixando as camadas aparecerem. Aqui pus umas folhinhas verdes para constratar com o vermelho do morango.Montado o bolo, leve-o a geladeira para o chantilly ficar bem firme. Excelente para almoços de domingo... com a família toda!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Receita&lt;br /&gt;1 Pcte de Bolacha Champagne ( a marca de sua preferencia).&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sobremesa de Chocolate em pó.&lt;br /&gt;5 ''    ''   ''     ''  de açucar.&lt;br /&gt;350 Ml de leite.&lt;br /&gt; Leve ao fogo, numa panela, o leite, o chocolate em pó e o açúcar, deixe dar uma fervida,depois vá embebendo as bolachas nessa mistura, uma a uma , para nao quebrar, deixe bem umida, e vá arrumando num pirex que tenha uma altura +/- de 4 a 5 dedos.Faça uma ''cama'' no pirex...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Creme Branco&lt;br /&gt;l L. de leite condensado.&lt;br /&gt;A mesma medida da lata, de leite.&lt;br /&gt;3 gemas, passadas na peneira.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre!!!! Senão empelota, hein.
